The South American Fencing Championships recently took place in Sao Paolo, Brazil, from September 5-9. With 10 countries participating, about 400 athletes competed in all three weapons. On Sept. 8, World Fencing Day, delegates gathered to take part in the worldwide celebration and commemorate the competition.
