The Nepalese Fencing Federation will host a fencing demonstration in the heart of Kathmandu, the country’s capital, for the September 9 celebration of World Fencing day. The event will take place at the Sherpa Mall, close to the National Stadium in Durbar Marg, and where many local youth and teen gather. The Federation says that fencing is a new sport to the people of Nepal, and will generate significant interest through events such as this one.
