Experience world-class fencing coaching with athletes from around the world!
LAUSANNE, Switz., March 22, 2025 – Coming to Wuxi? Here is an amazing opportunity to take part in elite-level coaching along with athletes from around the world at the 2025 Junior and Cadet Fencing World Championships. Learn valuable skills for competing in your weapon, get to know other fencers and take your fencing career to the next level!
The FIE Training Camp has been opened to any junior or cadet fencer competing at the Championships. More than 50 fencers are expected to participate in the camp, which will include separate sessions for sabre, foil and epee.
For each weapon, there will be two training sessions per day, from 0900-1200 and 1500-1800. The camp will be held in the same location as the World Championships:
- Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center B Hall
- No. 88, Qingshu Road, Binhu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province
The session dates are as follows:
- Sabre: April 1–6
- Coach: Zsolt Nemcsik (HUN)
- Foil: April 4-9
- Mr. Wing Luk (HKG)
- Epee: April 7–12
- Ms. Smiljka Rodic-Stamenkovic (SRB)
In addition to daily training and coaching, there will be video analysis, strategy and, time permitting, fencing-related activities outside of the training hall.
