Why this sport? "As a kid, I swam for seven years, but I still needed something else to use up all my energy. Mum found advertisements for basketball and fencing. Back then, I didn't really know what fencing was. My mum told me I would be kind of wielding a sword. Then my eyes lit up and I decided I wanted to try it. I thought about 'Star Wars' and Jedi. That's how I imagined it. I thought I would get a lightsaber, but the reality turned out to be different. However, it was a lot of fun and it still is."
