In these difficult times, when the whole world is experiencing a pandemic, all international fencing competitions and events have been canceled. The Pan American Confederation is always striving to find interesting interactive forms to attract fencers, coaches, and referees for active work and association.
Previously, we organized a series of Virtual Interactive Cups online, which gained great popularity on all continents. The next third Virtual Foil Cup is planned to be held from 12 to 18 September 2020.
Yesterday, August 20, the first international virtual online seminar on the rules of refereeing of the FIE competitions on the Pan American continent was successfully launched.
98 national referees from our continent are taking part in the seminar.
Most of the Spanish-speaking national federations have delegated their referees to participate in the seminar, showing great interest in improving the quality of refereeing in our continent.
