The Regional Development Strategy of the Pan American Fencing Confederation contemplates the innovation of its human resources development processes as part of the activities to measure our performance. Therefore, based on the analysis of information produced in the regional training courses and the FIE rankings, CPE has designed an innovative curriculum for teachers, which in San Salvador has focused on the epee specialty in the course that will be held from May 14 to 29, bringing together 30 countries with 42 participants.
