Russia’s Vadim Anokhin claimed the first Fencing Grand Prix in Men's epee victory of his career in Doha.
The Russian defeated Swiss fencer Fabian Kauter 15-10 in the final.
Anokhin not only triumphed against the Swiss in the final he beat some of the best in the sport on his way, notably the Frenchman Yannick Borel and World' Number 1 Gauthier Grumier.
