This coming weekend, the French Fencing Federation is pleased to welcome representatives from 38 countries to participate in the Fencing World Cup in Women’s foil. The World Cup will take place in the Sport Center Pierre Brossolette in the city of Saint-Maur, France. The event is expected to feature 178 of the top women’s foil fencers in the world, including the World and Olympic Champions, who will compete in both individual and team events.

In Japan’s bustling capital Tokyo, the Japanese Fencing Federation, in cooperation with the FIE, are organising the Fencing World Cup in Men’s foil, individual and team events, from 6th to 8th November. The event will be held in Komazawa Olympic Park Gymnasiumin Tokyo. A total of 178 foil fencers from 33 countries will compete for their qualification to the Olympics Games in Rio 2016.
