This coming weekend in north-central France, the city of Orleans and the Cercle d'Escrime Orléanais will welcome representatives from 36 countries including 182 athletes to participate in the Fencing World Cup in Women’s sabre, individual and team events. The individual preliminary competitions and team competitions will be held at the Palais des Sports. The individual events from the table of eight to the finals will take place in the Zénith d’Orléans.
On the other side of Europe, in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary, the Organising Committee of ”Gerevich-Kovács-Kárpáti” and the Hungarian Fencing Federation are organising the Fencing World Cup in Men’s sabre, individual and team events. The events will take place between 30 October and 01 November, 2015 at the MOM Sport Központ és Sportcsarnok, in Budapest. A total of 219 sabre fencers from 47 countries will compete for their qualification to the Olympics Games in Rio 2016.
