GRUMIER Gauthier

Gauthier Grumier was born on 29 May 1984. Grumier won the gold medal in the épée team event at the 2006 World Fencing Championships after beating Spain in the final. He accomplished this with his team mates Érik Boisse, Ulrich Robeiri and Fabrice Jeannet. He won the silver medal in the individual épée event at the 2010 World Fencing Championships.

Race Imboden (born April 17, 1993 in Tampa, Florida) is an American foil fencer and menswear fashion model. A three-time Pan American champion, he took part in the 2012 Summer Olympics and won a team silver medal in the 2013 World Fencing Championships.

In the 2014–15 season Imboden made the quarter-finals in the San Francisco World Cup and proceeded to win gold at the Prince Takamada World Cup in Tokyo . He posted a third place in the Trofeo Inalpi in Turin, Italy. In January 2015 he achieved a double gold at the Challenge International de Paris: he became the first American to win the individual event then earned a second gold medal in the team event. Imboden then took a bronze medal in the Havana Grand Prix. Few weeks later he earned the gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Championships in Santiago, his third individual Pan American title.

GU Bongil

Gu Bon-Gil is a South Korean fencer. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed as part of the South Korean team in the Men's team sabre, where he won a gold medal. In the individual event he was defeated in the third round. At the 2011 World Fencing Championships, he won the bronze medal, losing to Aldo Montano in the semifinal. He is the 2010 Asian Champion.

VELIKAYA Sofya

Sofiya Velikaya (born 8 June 1985) is a Russian sabre fencer, silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics and gold medal in the 2012 and 2015 World Fencing Championships. She is also four-time World team champion (2004, 2010, 2011, and 2012). Velikaya began fencing at the age of 13 after her elder brother took up the sport. Her first coach was Valery Dyakokin.

In the 2014–15 season Velikaya won the first event held in Cancún. In Orléans Velikaya proceeded to the final where she defeated Italy's Rossella Gregorio and earned her second gold medal in a row. Velikaya reached again the final in the New York Grand Prix and got the silver medal. The same scenario played out in Athens at the first World Cup event of 2015, Velikaya losing only by a single hit that time. 

FIAMINGO Rossella

Rossella Fiamingo (born 14 July 1991) is an Italian épée fencer, world champion in 2014 and 2015.

Fiamingo did ballet and rhythmic gymnastics as a child. She took up fencing when she was seven at the instigation of her father, who already drove her brother to a nearby fencing school, AS Methodos Catania. She was taught by Gianni Sperlinga, who remains her personal coach as of today. She won the 2007 Cadet European Championships in Novi Sad, then the 2008 Cadet World Championships at home, in Acireale. She earned both the individual and team gold medals in 2009 and 2010 at the Junior European Championships. In 2014 Fiamingo won the World Championships, defeating along the way Olympic champions Yana Shemyakina and Britta Heidemann.

DI FRANCISCA Elisa

Elisa Di Francisca (born 13 December 1982) is an Italian foil fencer, Olympic champion in 2012, World champion in 2010 and three-time European champion. She won the 2010–11 World Cup series and has seven World Cup victories to her name. With the Italian team, she was Olympic champion in 2012, five-time World champion and seven-time European champion.
