The Executive Committee can consult the Coaches Council on any subject it deems appropriate including all technical questions linked to fencing rules, training methods, trainingof coaches and instructors.The Coaches Council can also propose to the Executive Committee all measures, which could contribute towards improving the techniques of fencing.
