The mission of the Commission of Athletes is to examine all questions of interest to the athletes and to present suggestions or recommendations to the Executive Committee. It may not present proposals to the Congress. On the other hand it may present proposals to the Executive Committee or to the other commissions of the FIE and for this reason it has the right to assign one of its members to represent it in each of the other commissions.
