ROBEIRI Ulrich

Robeiri was born in Cayenne, French Guiana. He began fencing at age 8 at the Éclaireuses et Éclaireurs de France, an interreligious scouting association. He first practiced foil, the traditional learning weapon, before turning to épée. He first joined the centre for promising young athletes in Les Abymes, in Guadeloupe, then at the age of 15, the centre of Reims in metropolitan France. In 2001, he earned a bronze medal in the Junior European Championships in Keszthely. A year later, he was admitted into INSEP, a state institution for high-performance athletes. That same year, he earned the gold medal both in the individual and team event of the Junior World Championships in Antalya.

He won a silver medal in the 2014 World Fencing Championships at Kazan and a team silver medal in the 2011 World Fencing Championships at Catania.

In 2012, Ma made the podium three times in the Fencing World Cup, including a gold medal in the Prince Takamado World Cup. At the 2012 Summer Olympics he competed in the Men's foil, but was defeated in the quarter-finals by Korea's Choi Byung-chul, who eventually earned a bronze medal.

In the 2013–14 season, Ma won the Ciudad de A Coruña World Cup and the Venice Grand Prix. He also earned a silver medal in the Löwe von Bonn World Cup and a bronze medal in the Prince Takamado World Cup. These results pushed him to the first place of the world rankings in May 2014.

Gu Bon-Gil is a South Korean fencer. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed as part of the South Korean team in the Men's team sabre, where he won a gold medal. In the individual event he was defeated in the third round.At the 2011 World Fencing Championships, he won the bronze medal, losing to Aldo Montano in the semifinal. He is the 2010 Asian Champion.

Szász won the bronze medal at the épée 2006 World Fencing Championships after she lost 15–10 to Irina Embrich in the semi final. She competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she finished in 12th place in the individual épée event. Szász took part in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London; she was eliminated in the round of 32 by Korea's Choi In-jeong.

During the 2012–13 season she took the silver in the World Cup events of Saint-Maur and Havana, being defeated each time in the final by Romania's Ana Maria Brânză. She earned a bronze medal in the 2013 European Fencing Championships in Zagreb and the 2013 World Fencing Championships in Budapest, in her home country. She finished third in the FIE world rankings.

ERRIGO Arianna

Arianna Errigo (born 6 June 1988) is an Italian foil fencer. She won a silver in women's individual foil and a gold in the women's team foil at the 2012 Summer Olympics. In the women's individual foil at the 2012 Summer Olympics she denied Valentina Vezzali of her fourth successive gold medal in the competition by defeating her 15–12 in the semi-finals. She went on to win the silver medal in the event, losing in extra time to Elisa Di Francisca. At the 2013 and 2014 World Championships, Errigo won 2 consecutive gold medals in the individual event.
